I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2008,after graduating from Birmingham School of Massage Therapy. Im certified in Swedish ( relaxation ), Deep Tissue, and NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy or Trigger Point Therapy).

Recently I also recieved certification in Upper Body Lymphatic Drainage.

As a therapist, I really find the most enjoyment in working with clients on their specific problem areas while keeping the element of relaxation in their session. I work with many of my clients on neck issues ( including tension that causes headaches and migraines). Ive also seen great results from low back and hip work in many clients.

Lindsay is available every other Tuesday and every other Saturday.
